Apply to be on a Service Team

By volunteering to work as a service team member during a retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Role and Responsibilities - As a service team volunteer, you will be placed on a roster to assist the chef with food preparation and dishwashing, as well as cleaning the kitchen. Your participation is essential to ensure the smooth operation of the retreat.
• Time Commitment - While your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in the kitchen, there will be ample opportunities for you to engage in retreat sessions and explore the beautiful nature sanctuary of Te Moata during your spare time.
• Expectations - We expect all service team members to approach their tasks with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others. Your contributions are vital to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Health and Safety - Please be aware of health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen. Proper hygiene practices must be followed at all times.
