The Teacher/Guide – Lynne Towner
Lynne is an international spiritual teacher with 30 years’ experience assisting people on their spiritual journey. She has travelled the world receiving training, teaching and having mystical life changing experiences. She is passionate and deeply committed to living and loving in an honest manner, as determined by the soul. The last 10 years have been devoted to exploring the depths, meaning and practice of “IAM”. This combined with her previous years as a psychotherapist, enables her to provide a safe and inspired environment for rich spiritual development.

What Happens
Meditation – Individual and group, guided and silent. All experience levels catered for.
Group teaching sessions – You will be taught your individual karmic or soul lesson to thread through the I Am teaching. The dynamic of the group will be a tool for revealing and experiencing “karma” in action.
General
- A wide range of practical exercises will be taught to assist with change and resolution.
- Focus on moment to moment awareness .. engaging the learnings
- Development of conscious relationships based on loving grace.
