Hiring Te Moata to hold a Retreat or Event

If you would like to hold a retreat/course/workshop at Te Moata, please fill out this form.
Please note we are fully booked for 2023 and the first half of 2024, but please apply if you would like to go on our wait list and/or could do a retreat at relatively short notice.

Notes:

We are closed for winter from mid June to mid August and December.
We recommend facilitators come and visit Te Moata to see accommodation options and how we work.

Accommodation for catered retreats include all of the following:
22 curtained cubicles – 12 + 10 cubicle rooms each with their own window and curtain, half are up ladders.
3 courtyard rooms -can sleep one up one down – but usually used for one person
3 under centre rooms –   singles  only used in warmer months
3 cabins – 1 queen (Wolfsong), 1 double (Punkle), and one with twin singles (Healing Hut).
Earth Hut – 2 separate queen beds, one in the lounge.
Phoenix Cottage – 1 queen bedroom and 1 double in second bedroom
        Nanouk Cottage –  (for teachers only)
Camping and camper-vans are also options in the summer months.
