KAHUNA MIST BODYWORK MASTERCLASS

| 0

I believe it is in our best interests to understand how our body functions, then transform these mechanical principles to a more fluid, organic nature. From an awareness of how our body breathes us, to the very core of our being then expanding outwards to our muscular body, learn how to live from the inside of your being to the outside.

Kahuna Mist Bodywork Masterclasses are for experienced body workers in any modality wanting to deepen their relationship with themselves to gain more satisfaction and expertise in their chosen passion/profession. This course is based upon over two decades of Massage, Bodywork, Yoga and movement experience and the connections observed in the movements of bodies as expressions of an individual’s relationship with themselves.  The principles of this course are based upon universal movement principles taught by Abraham Kawai’i, Kahuna. These lessons are lessons in self-study. The more we know of ourselves the more open we are to recognising the language of others’ needs. The deeper we delve into ourselves the broader our perspective becomes, increasing our flexibility for situational resolution.
