Testimonials:
“Before coming on this retreat, I had been afraid of silence, and afraid to meditate because of the oppressive chatter in my head. Rachel created a space that cracked something inside of me, so that my light, and blocked creativity, came pouring out. I ask anyone tired, blocked and weary, to gift themselves time on Rachel’s retreat. It is a supportive, learning and loving experience.”– Grace Brady, Raglan, 2020 Oct retreat.
‘Rachel was so incredibly accessible and human in her teaching – there was no ego or pretence to knowing everything and that made the experience so much more relatable.’– Kelly Pretty, 2020 Oct retreat.
‘Rachel is an incredible facilitator…. the energy, stability and movements of qi gong constantly reflected those of the beautiful forest and river surroundings of the retreat centre … a retreat to return to your Source, to return to Papatuanuku.’ – participant from 2020 Oct retreatAdd-Ons
‘If you need time out for yourself, in a loving and warm environment, I recommend one of Rachel’s retreats. Her wisdom and kindness are truly wonderful.’ – Kirsty Kynoch, 2020 Oct retreat
