How we relate to ourselves determines all of our experiences in life – our relationships, work and how we perceive experiences. Changing our relationship to self improves our mood, self-worth and general sense of wellness.
This four day residential semi-silent psychological Mindfulness retreat will encourage and guide participants to regain feelings of self-love/worth, thereby enabling them to feel a sense of wholeness in their lives – living in a more authentic way, feeling connected to themselves and others and reclaiming their peace.
The retreat will incorporate psychological exercises, karma yoga, formal instructions and practices, movement and free exploration. Suitability – Everyone welcomed. From people with no experience to seasoned practitioners.
Hosted by Bhavna Nagar, a clinical psychologist who has been a mindfulness practitioner for 11 years and actively practices and lives mindfully.
COST: $255 for accommodation and meals PLUS Dana/donation for teaching according to the benefits you receive and your financial ability. Surcharge for special diets applies.
