The Way of Mindfulness – A 7 Day Retreat led by Stephen Archer

| 0

If we’re not present, then we don’t know what’s going on, or where we really are. Mindfulness is the natural awake state – free from the limiting force of constant distractions and daydreams. This retreat provides a context to explore what it is to breathe easy and be simply attentive to the moment. This practice promotes a deepening into being, beyond inner division, to an increasing realisation of the unity and harmony of life as it is.

This silent retreat will consist of some group sessions along with open space for retreatants to move with their own rhythm. Daily sessions include instruction, sitting meditations and an enquiry period. This retreat is suitable for people who are new to the practice as well as those with previous experience of mindfulness.
